How long was it for you purchasing resale between the time you knew you had an accepted offer and you had recieved your initial contract to submit for rofr?

I received my contract to sign later the same day by email. Signed with check and sent back next day.

That's what I thought... Ok I shall call today they said I would see it Friday or Monday it's now Wednesday and I haven't seen it yet. I emailed yesterday but got no response . Thank you for your help just wanted to make sure I wasn't being totally impatient

I don't think you are being impatient. When we sent in our offer, once it was accepted, I think we had the contract emailed to us within a day. And that was in December. We went back and forth on the offer fro about 2 days, but had emails at least daily during that time.

Yeah, we had our papers to sign within about an hour... Did you check junk emails just in case? Ours came from an admin email rather than just the broker email we had been using to talk to our guy.
