Acceptance/rejection emails?

This has been me, checking my email its been since the 21st that I had my interview.... UGH

Does the email always come first or can the letter come first??

I've herd of people who got their "snail-mail" response before their email.



And @dreamstuff, sorry I've been going nuts about my Character audition in March, it was on my brain, I did mean interview.

As for why they got rejected. Honestly, I know one of them personally, and it was probably the interview.

I don't know why the other got rejected. It could be many things, the most likely one being interview fail, but it could also be that they only picked one role to go for, and they just didn't think this person was qualified..But again, I dunno this person so I can't really say.

I got my email first though. And the purple folder came like... weeks later.

First program, I had never got an email, only the purple folder. Second program, I got an email a week after I got my folder. So, it might happen.

Hard to believe I applied for this program almost a year ago. But here's my time frame
Phone Interview Feb 17
Acceptance Feb 22
I was one of the lucky ones who didn't even have to wait a week to hear.
And now I just realized that almost exactly a year later I begin my new role in attractions. (I start Part Time in the ICON area in Hollywood Studios on Feb 20.)
I watched a ton of videos on youtube to pass the time. Also throwing myself into my senior project helped make time go by.

You should request the Maharajah Jungle Trek or Pangani Forest Trail in Disney's Animal Kingdom. It's tons of fun!

Most people wait a few weeks. They say 3-4 weeks because that is the average. Honestly you shouldn't expect anything for at least a week. And that is totally a minimum. Some people hear back sooner but most people wait longer. Especially early in the recruiting season.
