Hi we are booked to stay at Acadia in November,we hadn't heard of it until this year.
Has anyone on here stayed there,it would be nice to know what you thought of it there
Thanks:)

We have not stayed at Acadia Estates yet, but, are planning to 1/09. Are you familiar with that area at all? If so, Acadia is not a big development like Windsor Hills or Formosa Gardens. It is all single family homes, I believe there are 32 homes on one gated street which ends at a cul de sac. We liked it simply because it IS smaller than most of the subdivisions in that area. Friends just stayed at Windsor Hills (we were at AKV the same week) and while WH is a really nice development, it is VERY big and there are a lot of streets, and small cul de sacs.....very easy to get lost within the development itself!! The location is directly across the street from Formosa Gardens.......there is a fairly large shopping center with grocery store, etc. within 1/2 mile of the development also. I believe the grocery is Winn-Dixie, not sure though.

We've rented a house in Acadia Estates twice for spring break (March 2007 & 2008) for a big family vacation (13 of us :scared1:)....and we loved it :goodvibes. The houses are beautiful and the subdivision is nice and quiet :rolleyes1. The location is very convenient and close to everything :dance3:. As a pp stated, there is a shopping center right down the street with a grocery store and lots of restaurants :thumbsup2.
