DH and I had dinner tonight at Chefs de France. It has been almost a year since we have eaten there.
The hit of MY evening was seeing someone from our AC past. She knows very well
our past club president (Pamelia) and Yvette, the French Canadian maid.
NOW that would be a dinner worth paying a lot of jack for -- the French maids from AC entertaining at Chefs. sigh..... (Sounds strange coming from a straight and long time married female. But AC fans know where I am coming from.
)
Anyway -- "Yvette" was in a regular Chefs type outfit and entertaining the guest with a talking rat on a plate. (Yes, Remy.)
I certainly will not wait so long to eat at Chefs, and I will make sure what/who the entertainment is and sit push cart rat side.
I made sure to let the manager know how good it was to see her again too. She is always a people pleaser no matter what she does.
BTW -- GREAT food and service too!
Afterwards we did Kim Impossible. And it is fun. But it ain't the AC.
