? abt Autograph books

1st- are they small enough to store them in the kid's fanny packs? If not where to you keep them when you are at the parks?

2nd- How much are the Disney ones?

The regular autograph books are 4.5 X 6 inches & cost $6.00.

There are larger ones that you can insert pictures in.
We don't purchase those because they don't hold as many autographs & my kids always get over 50 autographs!

When we are not using them...I hold them in my bag for the kids.

when i went last summer i bought fanny packs for the kids at disney. DS has tigger and DN has tinkerbelle. their autograph books fit in them just fine.

My dad always carried a back pack. He kept our misty mate, tickets and autograph books in there that my mom and I didn't have to carry our purses or fanny packs.
Not sure about the cost.

I would not buy them on ebay. I don't remember the exact price...not much more than the $6.00 ones, maybe $8.00? They do look nice & will work if you will not be getting dozens & dozens of autographs like my kids do.

On one side is a place for the autograph & the opposite side of the page has a space for you to insert (later on of course) a picture of your kid with the character. The books can be found in any gift shop all over WDW.

The Gold Happiest Celebration Autograph/Photograph with Pen is $12.95 with tax at WDW. The Pink Princess Autograph/Photograph is $10.95 plus tax at WDW. The small blue autograph book is $6.50 plus tax at WDW.

We put our autograph books in the outside small part of the backpack for quick access. We had the small blue one and an animal kingdom pen. They definately would have fit in the fanny packs. They were cheaper but worked great and had all the characters on the front (everybody was happy includin the princess freak). Have a great time.

There have also been some great suggestions posted in previous threads on how to make your own autograph books. I particularly liked the idea of using a 4x6 photo album that you can insert additional hole punched pages into and adding the additional pages with character pics that kids can color prior to getting the autographs. The original thread for this idea was posted by Alysa. I know I get a kick out of seeing the difference in the way my daughter colors from year to year so this will add to the sentimental value of the book for me. Great idea!
