I used to attend WW meetings but I stopped. I know use all of my materials and do it on my own. My questions are, are the point ranges the same for each weight category and is every weight category eligible for the 35 points to use throughout the week or does that vary for each weight class? Thanks!

There are no longer point "ranges" there are now "targets" You must eat to your target. They are as follows:

less than 150# 20
150-174 22
175-199 24
200-224 26
225-249 28
250-274 30
275-299 31
300-324 32
325-349 33
350+ 34

EVERYONE has 35 flex points per week (NO banking them) to use or NOT to use as they wish.

Do you still get to add on your "exercise points" ??? I can usually get at between 1-3 extra points a day for my exercise. I'm using some points info, but I don't go to WW. My "range" was 22-27 points. With the new system, it looks like the flex points is giving me a few more points at my current weight (24 points/daily plus 35 flex = 203 points per week). For my range, eating at the high 27 each day works out to be 189 points per week. When I get below the next weight range, I'll be at 22/day plus 35 flex which is still the 189/week. This is a good thing for me.

Thanks for posting the info ... I was thinking last night that I was going to ask this same question.

Maryliz-

The exercise points still work the same way- you can add them to your daily "target" points if you want to!

I was told that the Activity Points are the same but you are going to use them, have to use them on the same day.... you can't carry them over to the next day. HTH :)

Thank you for sharing the information. I guess I'm going to start the flex points system today, it doesn't sound bad at all. Thanks again!

I'll have noooo problem using my activity points the same day I earn them (LOL) ... I've been way over on points every day this week. And it's not like it's even junk food, or even my all-time downfall of bread. As I type this, I am eating cucumbers in vinegar for the third night this week, and yet I'll still go upstairs after I'm done here and get something else. I guess my stomach still thinks it's in vacation mode.

Great info, everyone ... thanks again.

Mary Liz
