? about value rate

I know if you book multiple days, your rate is whatever is in place on the first day of your ressie...

...but I'm wondering about what happens when you want to stay at 2 separate resorts. For example, if Value rates are in effect until Dec. 19 and you book 7 nites starting Dec. 18...4 nites say in GF and the remaining 3 at AKL...are all 7 nites counted as one ressie, value rate or would GF be value and AKL be holiday, in effect counting it as 2 separate ressies??

For Hopper pass purposes, I've heard they treat it as 2 separate ressies...so I'm wondering about rates...

Unfortunately it's treated as 2 different reservations.
