About to sign contract, need some help!

We are about to sign contract for 180 pts which teem begins dec 2013. We are planning to bank this year's points and use them for a trip dec.29, 2014 to jan 3 2015. Am I correct that we would have a total of 360 points to use for those nights?

Direct from disney. We needed some short term financing and they were able to provide for us.

you may want to consider buying resale, perhaps there is a way to swing the financing if you can save up to half the cost over direct.
