? about the vacation club website

Hi.

Silly question. My friend is a Vacation Club member and I was wondering if the website shows the current reservations you have. she had sent me the confirmation number for our trip and my email went nuts and now I've lost all my old message (why i never printed it i don't know, stupid stupid stupid me) She calls me up and asks if I still have it because low and behold HER computer died. Well we know she can call in and get the info but I thought she would be able to pull it up on the Vacation Club website but she said she didn't see how. Well it is the holidays and time on the allowed online is in short supply for her and me at this point. So she might have missed it and even though I had access to code it too went down the toilet with the rest of my old emails. (i'm going to invest in huge binders and go printer mad in the new year *grins*)

So can you access your reservation online at the Vacation club site? What should I tell her to look for? Is it in the upper left corner or the lower right? any directions would be most appreciated. Cause who knows where she put the actual paper they probably sent her back in the summer! LOL

sad but true, i'm the organized one and well *waves ba-bye to my lost emails*

So can you access your reservation online at the Vacation club site?

No you can't get any reservation or point status from the web site at this time. The only way is to call and ask. They can e-mail you a duplicate reservation form if you need one fast.

We are told that in the future the web site will be able to do what you are talking about, but not now.
