I know this is barely on topic but....

Where do you find 11x13 frames?

I can find 8x10, 11x12, 11x14 but no 11x13?

I am going to have to get a custom frame made for a free print?

My wife thinks I am crazy as I have never wanted to get something framed before. I told her I never paid $21000 dollars for a print before!!!!

Good luck finding a frame to fit it.

Here's what I did: I checked around and even the discounting frame places wanted to charge me at least $80 to frame it. I think NOT for a free print, lol.

I purchased an 11x14 frame that almost matches the matting color. It looks great. You have to look hard to see that it is not a perfect fit, lol. $12 !

Actually, they are not as hard to find...You'll have better luck at a large craft store, AC Moore or Michael's will have them. My kids' school did family portrait that size last year and I was all over town looking for frames.

You can go to most craft stores and they will have pre cut mats. You buy a mat that will fit into a larger (STANDARD) frame size.
the double matting will give it a "custom" framing look and the color you chose for the second mat can be complimentry to your house's interior.

I waited til Michaels had a sale and I "only" had to pay $37 to frame my free(?) prints. Done it twice and now I'm waiting for another sale at Michaels so I can frame my third "free" print. Yes, DH thinks I'm crazy but no more so than a lot of other things Disney!

I went to Garden Ridge, they had a sale on framed, matted prints. A 14x16 cost $14. I looked for one that I liked the frame, bought it and spray painted the mat a rust color. It matches the roof color of the WLV. I centered the print over the mat. There is enough of the mat showing to bring out the roof color. And it looks really good. It is a floating effect.

I went to AC Moore and bought a 11x14 wood frame for about $10-$12. I also bought a piece of posterboard and made my own mat for the print. Our print of the BCV is now hanging PROUDLY on our living room wall. Photo below.

I think I have settled on getting a 11x14 frame and buying a custom mat.

I plan to get a 11x14 mat with a 3/4" border. That would translate to a 9 1/2 x 12 1/2 opening.

The mat will be about $10. A custom frame is about $45 if Michael's is having a 50% off sale.

We added on 50 points to the BCV and got the print. I was so excited. DH and I are doing our bedroom over all Disney and this was perfect!
