Just curious how you would describe the meat portion of a children's order.... smallish, average or relatively large? We have one child who is a pretty good eater. At some similar type resturants we have ordered child portion and she received only very small serving of meat so I had to share. At another place we ordered her an adult portion and younger brother a child's and the child's was almost as big as adult! Can't seem to win....
so will take any observations on Teppanyakis child portions.... Thanks!:D

I want to think that it's medium. I do recall my son wasn't full, and we got him a snack after we left thre.

I thought the size portion was ave. If your child eats everything they offer from their plate and the ice cream, they should be full I think. I remember that I was able to eat some of his chicken off his plate a couple of times there because he was getting full. My son was 9 on our last trip. I think age has a lot to do with it and how picky of a eater. Enjoy, we will be eating there for the 5 time in Aug. '03.

We ate there for lunch last March. I seem to recall that the child's steak entree contained nearly as much meat as the adult lunch entree. I know it was more than enough for my 2.5 & 4.5 y.o. at the time.

I think the serving is average size, but my son finds it a big meal because of the fresh fruit (brought when the adults get salads) and ice cream at the end.
