? about room key

This is my second DCL cruise (first 7 day) and my kids are old enough to sign themselves in and out of the Lab. I want them to keep their room card with them in case they want to go back to the room on their own. Can you punch a hole in your room key and wear it on a lanyard? What do other kids do with their keys besides put them in a pocket?

They sell little plastic cases to wear around the neck. They also sell a neck strap holder for a room key or an ID .We have seen them at places like Walmart and other stores in the local mall. DCL also sells them on the ship.

As far as punching the KTTW card I guess as long as you dont mess up the strip on the back you could punch it.

Remember that a round hole punched in a KTTW card signifies that charging privledges have been removed from that card.
