? about RideMax

I'm thinking of purchasing RideMax for our upcoming trip. Do you download the program onto your computer or are you able to log in from any computuer. I'm the planner for this trip but our friends will be bringing their laptop with them so for any last minute changes maybe it would be a better idea for them to download it onto their laptop.

it states that you can download it on 2 computers, so you should be able to do both.

An internet connection is also needed to use RideMax.

Wow the two computer rule must be new.. Because I had it on three...

I had it on my best friends computer, my computer and I realized I forgot my itenary at home, I loaded it again on a friends computer in California. But that was a year ago or so....

Just be aware that RideMax is pretty useless right now for DCA in the evenings. It will still tell you to do things like ride Screamin' after 8pm (which we all know we cannot do because of WOC). So, if you use it, be really aware of what you're scheduling at DCA. I had to run separate itineraries for evenings in DCA, with just those hours specified (7pm - 10pm) and then add the attractions you want to fit in (only those that are NOT in Paradise Pier, obviously). Also, I read elsewhere on the boards that TOT will not have FP's available for the next few months due to construction, and RideMax does not account for that, either.

Frustrating! I ended up only being able to use RideMax as a guideline for what wait times will be like at specific times. It was pretty pointless to try to build an itinerary to use on our trip - I had to write my own.

We will be in the parks next M-F. I'm still finishing up my itinerary for Thurs. and Fri. I did things differently than I normally would have because we'll have my MIL with us and she is not able to walk for really long periods of time, so instead of walking back across the park, etc., we'll be taking the train around the parks after doing a certain "land". It will eat up some of our time, but I really want her to stay comfortable and not exhausted so that she can have a really good time.

You're welcome to my itinerary, though. As soon as I finish it, lol. When is your trip? Chances are I won't have time to get it all together for you before I leave on Saturday.
