We have never used a dinning plan so I was wondering if it is put on just one of the groups cards or all of them. Our teenagers do not always eat with us on vacation so can they just go and have the credits deducted from their cards?

Everyone assigned to your room will have their own card.

Regarding your teens, you may want to note that each card has access to ALL dining credits assigned to the entire room (and that can't be changed), so you may want to make sure they know how many credits are theirs to spend.
