? about purchasing tickets at Downtown Disney

A friend is going for a couple of days (as a side trip to her vacation), and wants to buy her ticket at Downtown Disney. I'm not sure where she can do that -- I know I've read others talking about it, but where exactly does she need to go?

I think if your looking at World of Disney (the main store ) It's to the left of that and back some.

I believe that's correct. In between The World of Disney and Team Mickey.
We picked up will-call tix there.

The Guest Relations offices at DTD are located in the Marketplace and in West Side.

The Marketplace location is between the Team Mickey shop and the Ghirardelli shop towards the Rainforest Cafe end of the Marketplace. This is a walk-up counter located indoors between the two stores.

The West Side location is at the Pleasure Island end, just past the AMC Theaters. Walk straight down from the parking lot with PI on your right and AMC Theaters on your left and you will see it right in front of you. It is a white building that says "information" on it. This is a Guest Relations window like the parks have.

Guest Services at DTD moved several months ago. It is to the right of Team Mickey (if you were facing the store). It is in the same building as Arribas Brothers. Just outside the door, you will see sketch artists and a face painting cart.

My b/f and i will be in orlando from 7/31-8/4. we're going to disney for only 2 days and want to get a 2 day hopper pass. we're going to downtown disney on the 31st and wanted to get our tickets for aug. 1st and 2nd when we're at downtown disney. can we get the tickets there for the 1st and 2nd while we're at downtown disney on the 31st?
