? about printing of transfers

Hi:
I hope someone can help me. I have printed the tranfers for the adult t-shirts and they came out great! I used the full page for them. Now I am trying to print the transfers for the children and need to reduce the size because they too big for the little shirts. I have Vista and its' in the Windows Photo Gallery and I can't figure out how to reduce them. I have tried everything, but I must be doing something wrong. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I just use Word and shrink it down with the ruler. I also use my camera program. It's Kodak and I put the picture in my favorites and print from there. It gives different size options. AND last, I have a label program and I can chose what size paper I want to put it on. Hope something gives you some ideas.
