? about possible change affecting the Free Dining

We are going in September and I'm booking Thursday with the rest of the herd. However, my DSis is not sure if she's coming or not yet. If I book her in the same room (so 3 adults, 1 child), and have to drop her later will it affect my free dining? Or will they just refund the amount for one adult MYW ticket without any problems?

On the flipside, can I just add her later?

I would wait to add her. If you make any changes to your ressie within 45 days of check in that changes the price of your pkg you have to pay a $50.00 change fee. They normally waive this fee if it results in an increase in the pkg price.

I did this last year. I originally booked the Bounce Back program for me and my mom. She changed her mind, but it was before the 45 day mark, so I was not charged a change fee. Then just about three weeks before my trip my ex decided he wanted to go. Because adding his park ticket increased the price of the pkg the change fee was waived. In your case adding a third adult to the room plus her park ticket will increase your price, so you would not have pay the change fee. If you add her now, then drop her less than 45 days out, it will cost you $50.00. However, when making ADRs I would count her now, because it will be easy to show up at the restaurant with one less person, but not so easy to show up with an extra person.
