? about Paypal

If you pay an individual with Paypal for items (not through ebay) that you do not receive, do you have any recourse through Paypal? I was wondering because I'm trying to purchase items from a person from a different board (non-disney), and wanted to have some safety in my transaction.

I think there may be a special insurance that you can get through PayPal, but I am not absolutely positive.

For a small amount you can purchase insurance. I think the insurance is piddly and it will fully cover you in case the item never arrives. It is called Money Back Guarantee and here is the link for more information...
