Do all areas of IOA open at the same time? What time do they start letting people into the park? Can you get your stoller before entering or do you have to get it after going throught the gate? Thanks.

Most the rides open with the park. The different shows in the park start later around 11:00 or 12:00. They usually start letting people in the park around 8:45am and yes you can get your stroller before entering the park. You can get one in the parking garage. Hopefully that helps some.
