? about online check in with delta

I have only checked in online with southwest. I am flying delta in the morning and i just got an email to check in online so i did. But i chose to pay for my bags at the airport. My ? is what counter do i go to now to check my bags. I normally check in inside the airport at the counter. Can i still do that and have them print my boarding passes to.

Just go inside to the counter like usual. Depending on your airport, there may also be skycaps outside......

Thanks i thought that is what i should do. Just didn't want to waste time standing in line of i was not in the correct place.
