About Online booking...

I need to book serveral rooms..is there a way on the booking page to put in that I need more than one room and which configuation or do I need to enter them one at a time? If so, after the first room is booked, is there an option to add another reservation or do I have to basically start from square 1?

You will have to book each reservation separately from square one. Booking through MS is the same, they have to book them separately.

Ether way, when the reservations are completed, have MS note each with a "travel with" notation so the room assigner will know to try to keep the rooms located close to each other.

Thank you! Amazingly this worked very well..it was a bit confusing at first as I have 4 contracts and had to pull from each and borrow etc., but overall system worked very well!
