? about my CP package ressie

Okay we have a ressie right now for 12/21 its for marrakesh 4.30 (maybe 3.30) and the CP for 6.45 (maybe I don't have my times in front of me). This is my dilemma I have a reservation for four and currently it will be my dd's, MIL and myself going. My dh doesn't know if he will be home from work during this time frame or not, and we will not know till the end of next month or possibly even the week before we go. I booked my cp dinner for a party of 4 so that I could at least make sure I have a ressie but this is my question if dh joins us and the ressies is still for a party of four will he be able to attend the show w/ us or not. My other question is if I book a package for 5 and he doesn't show up do I still have to pay for him if he doesn't go.

We were told one time when we had to adjust our ADR that instead of adjusting it (as it was only for one person...going from 2 to 3) to just show up with that extra person instead of re-booking.

Is the CP Crystal Palace?? The only place it might be a problem is at Cindy's Royal Table (which I assume is CRT? or CT?) because it's booked with a CC and they're a little more strict.

OP, I wonder if you'd even be able to add him. the packages seem to be pretty well sold out. Good luck...

My feeling is that to be on the safe side, you should try to reserve for 5 people and then have the 5th not be able to make it, rather than try to add a 5th day-of. This is for two reasons -- 1) a table for 5 is a different table than a table for 4. Easier to go down than up. And 2) the America Gardens Theatre is giant but finite, and to be able to make sure that everyone gets a seat, they have to keep an eye on the number of packages they sell.

For a while, it looked like I was going to have only two people showing up for a CP reservation for 3. I talked to the CM about trying to adjust the number down to two, and they said they couldn't do that and that we should just have the two people show up and tell the restaurant that the third person was sick and that we probably wouldn't be charged. Fortunately, we've gotten everything rearranged for a day when all three people can go, but that was the original plan. It seems like if you needed to do something similar, it would work.

Hi there!

Oh! Candlelight Processional!! CP! That's a little different!! At a normal TS, just show up with the extra person (or the smaller number) and they'll be able to accommodate, for something that does involve that cost, I would try to book for 5 since they do have a limited amount of seats in the theater and sell tickets according to the seats. Then show up with less and plead your case. I'm sure they'd be more lenient with less than with showing up with one more.
