? about modifying public code offer

Is it possible to modify a reservation made with a public code after the offer has ended? I cannot seem to find the answer after running a search on the boards. It seems people have done this with a pin code, but mine is a public code only.

I just did this today. I had a GP room-only discount at the Poly for January, and was waiting until AP rates came out to hopefully book a ticketless package with dining. The AP rate wasn't as good, though, so I called this morning to add a regular package with tix and dining to my original room rate. The CM that I talked to had to work with Guest Services to put the package together since the original discount had expired, but it was otherwise no hassle.

I don't know what other modifications they might allow, but I can vouch that a package can be added.

i would think you could ADD anything - make it a package or whatever, but I would think you could not change dates or resorts or anything of that nature.

I am actually looking to add dates, so I should have included that in my original post. I guess I can always call and ask. I just don't want to lose what I already have in the process.

You won't be able to add dates though as there has to be availability under the offer. Since the offer is gone, you cannot add any dates to it.

Same goes about moving it to a different time.

You cannot make a package to a room (if it was a room only discount)

You can make a room only deal into a package though

Also, you can drop days, you can add dining (if it was a package already), or change the type of dining plan, or add or lower ticket days and/or offers.
