We are arriving late in the evening, and are staying at the MCO Hyatt. We hope to catch ME as early as possible the next morning (our check in date at WL). How do I put the arrival flight information in for ME? Thanks!! :goodvibes

The easiest thing to do is just tell them you don't have your flight information yet. Do make a reservation though, so you get the luggage tags and the booklet.

The next morning after arriving, put your yellow tags on your bags and give them to Bell Services at the Hyatt. They will get your bags to the DME luggage center, then walk down to the DME welcome desk and they will place you on the next bus.

You will tell the DME folks at the desk your return flight info when you get there, so that they can schedule your return pickup time.

I wasn't aware that Hyatt bell services would transport my luggage to DME. That is even better!!!

We'll be doing the same thing, staying at the MCO Hyatt, in a week or so. I called DME and they said as long as we had a reservation, we can head down and take the next available bus to our resort the next morning. We hope to be on a bus early enough to drop our stuff off at POFQ and be at rope drop at a park. Had to change our outgoing flight info, and they did it over the phone with no problem.

Info for those interested...we would be getting into MCO around 930pm, and figured by the time we got to our resort it would be close to 11. Staying at the Hyatt would give us enough time to relax and have dinner some where and not feel rushed.

Got a deal for the Hyatt at Lastminutetravel.com for $113/nite, and an extra night at POFQ would run around $200.

You can actually pick a flight now that arrives around the time that you would like to leave MCO that morning.

And there is a fee associated with them escorting you down to the ME desk with your luggage. And you should let them know the night before what time you would like to have your luggage taken over to ME with you.

Bell services will take your luggage to the DME luggage delivery operation so the luggage will be trucked to your resort and left in your room while you're enjoying the parks.

We're not talking about taking the luggage to the DME desk with you.

Bell services generally get tipped but I don't think there is a set fee.

That's great; I checked into it a couple of years ago and there was a fee for them to escort you down to the ME area with your luggage.
