I agree with PP. In order to get the free kid's tix you have to pay full price for 2 adults. I believe you'll have to buy them at LL to use the coupon.
Not sure if you can upgrade the free tix. Probably not. You can upgrade the full fare adults, I would think, no problem. I would call LL and ask them about the kid's tix.
Just checked out LL website. Right now they have an exclusive online ticket deal. 5 days for the price of 1, Park Hopper. Inc. LL, Waterpark, and SeaLife. Adults (13-59) $89, Seniors (60+) and Children (3-12) $79, and Toddlers (1-2) $3.
5 consecutive days. First visit must occur on or before September 1st, 2011. Ticket(s) expire on September 5th, 2011
For 2 days (regular price) for an adult you will pay $84. ($69 plus $15 for extra day) Hmmm, if you are going for 2 days then maybe you can use the other 2 adults tickets to get 2 more kids ticket for 2nd day? Check with LL to make sure you can use the free kid's tix on another day. May not be able to.
So what you need to do is figure the math.
4 regular adults with extra day (4 x $84) = $336
2 kids free
2 kids tickets for 2nd day (2x $69) =====$138
Total for LL only, 2 days =============$474
4 adult PH, 5 days for one (4 x $89) = $356
2 kids same deal (2 x $79)====$158
Total for 5 day, PH ============= $514.
So for $40 more you can get 5 days in all 3 parks. That's less than $7 each, which is less than the cost of upgrading to the waterpark.
If you can use the other 2 free kid's tickets on a different day than day of purchase, that would save $138. I would be surprised if they allowed that though.
Definitely make a call to LL or send them an email.
