?? about kids clubs

We will be using the neverland club for our 2 girls for a few hours this trip so DH and I can enjoy dinner at calif grill So my question.....aside from the hourly fee we pay, is there an expectation to tip the staff? If so, what is the norm and do you tip them all or are kids assigned to a certain staffer?

It is $11.50 or $11.25 ( it just went up)per hr per child, and Tipping is appreciated. I don't remember what we tipped, but we did.

OK.. I did this on a cruise.. and it was my first time and didn't know, but DD LOVED it, and had a blast, so yes, I tipped. 'They' (other people on boards I asked for advice, after all, it was my first time...)say that it's included in the pay, but, when my kid is happy, I'm happy, so I tipped a little extra. But, also, gave cash in hand to the person my DD liked best. Granted, it wasn't much ($10), but she (caretaker) was elated. I guess somehow, there is a 'tip' included in the fee (or so I was told) but they split the tip between all the caretakers, if you 'add it in'.. So, I put cash in her hand, she didn't even look at what I gave, and was pleased. So, either she was being able to keep it, or was just really happy to have done the job she did.
