? about hotels on I-95 btw Providence and NYC

You Disboards folks know everything. We are doing college visits this spring break. We're looking for a hotel btw Providence and Secaucus, NJ. Does anyone have any recommendations? We'll be driving I-95.

No specific recommendations, but you'll find that the closer you are to NYC the higher the price will be. I'd look for something along the CT coast to the east of New Haven that is in your price range.

Thanks. I'm hoping we have enough energy to drive from Providence all the way to Secaucus Monday night, but I want to have a hotel reserved in case we are too pooped.

I didn't realize you were starting in Providence. In that case the drive from there to my suggested "east of New Haven" is less than 2 hours.
