? About having 2 different reservations.

I have a 12 day reservation in March for a 2 bdrm at BWV. we are going for my DD 21st birthday. She wants to do the Monorail Crawl one day, so I want to book BLT for the night.
My question, can I book it while I have BWV booked? I don't want to check out of BW for one night, packing everything up and losing the room is just too much. So does anyone know if I can book BLT too?
Everyone that is going to Disney with us has a room, so all names are associated with a room already. I wasn't thinking, I thought I would make the BLT in my Mom's name, but she is on my reservation for BW.
I didn't make it for the night we get there because I do have a younger son and I didn't want to run out on him our first night there, most of the people coming with us is also their first time with kids. 1st night just isn't an option.

Book it online and see what happens. Disney's reservation system was changed a couple of years ago and then again when MDE and MB were added to the mix.

I don't know what the system will allow now.

Unless something has changed recently, Disney's Resort software will not allow you to be checked into multiple rooms at the same time.

People that do split stays are needing to have the first resort do a hard checkout so they can check-in to the second resort.

I was able to book two rooms under different names when I had family staying with us. We each had a room at the same resort so I don't see why you couldn't reserve two locations.

OP wants to be registered in two different rooms at the same time. The problem is MDE/MB. System can't handle same MB for two rooms at the same time.

I am going to call MS as soon as we decide on a date to do BLT. I was thinking though.
BWV reservation is in my name, with my husband, Mother, Father, DD and her boyfriend as staying in the room with me.
What if I book BLT in my DD's name with my Mother and Father staying with her for one night.
So if anything their bands will be deactivated and then activated for BLT, while BWV is registered under my name, that should work right?

I just spoke with MS and I was able to make a reservation for BLT under my Mom's name and daughter's. I have to have them check out of BW to sign in at BLT.
This way I keep BW and only have them checking in BLT since it is only 1 night.
