? about early park admission

I see that during our vacation universal studios florida has early park admission and islands of adventure doesn't, does that mean that despicable me and escape from gringotts are the only two rides open? On the web site it lists forbidden journey and caro-suess-el as options, but is that just if islands of adventure has early park admissions?

Yes.

If Studios is the only park with EE then Gringotts and DM will be the only ones open.

If IOA is open for EE too then FJ and Caro-suess-el will be open.

So you'll get to do Gringotts and DM if Studios is only park open for EE when you're there.
