On our upcoming cruise, we'd like to book our next cruise - but we don't plan on going until 2013 (we won't be moving back to the US for 2 more yrs, and we won't be making too many more trips home in 2012). I know I can book one for 2012 and then push out the date, but here's my question:
If we book a cruise on the Fantasy, but don't like the reports coming out (crowds, etc) when we are able to push it out to a new date, can we completely change itineraries (i.e., book on the Magic instead?)
I'm used to the bigger ships (ie RCCL and Carnival) so the complaints regarding the crowds/lines aren't quiet the issue; and while I'm sure they will sort out the other (service) issues they currently have by the time we want to travel...well, you know...we might just decide its not worth the extra price for all the hype.
Can we do this? Or are you limited to remaining with the ship booked on.
Just pondering...thanks!
