? about Dolphin reservation confirmation #..update:I called!

When I enter my confirmation number on the Dolphin site,it says
there is no reservation under that number! The only thing I can think is that the reservation was made over the phone. You just KNOW I will be calling Monday morning.....

Well,its Monday AM,I called and everything is fine!! My ressies are in place and they're waiting for us!! WHEWW!!!

Did you make it directly with the resort or did you go through a travel agency? I tried to use the web-site to update my request for the Swan, but the confirmation # on my form from Your magical journeys is not a resort confirmation number. I called the resort and they looked it up for me and then I had no problems later on in changing a room request. If you did the reservation directly, I not sure what the problem is. Call the hotel directly.

starwood uses a different number system than the Dolphin for their reservations...hope that helps!

If you booked your room via phone. Then received confirmation in the mail. Check the confirmation number via mail and try it. It worked for me. They were two different numbers.

I have to use the starwood number to look my ressies, my confirmation number won't work. I was told by the desk since the ressie was made over the phone and not by computer, you can't find it anyother way...hope this helps

Hi,
If you are a Starwood member, I think your reservation will show up on the Starwood internet site. Look in your personal information profile.
We made our last Swan ressie through the Swan/Dolphin tele number. It didn't show up on the Swan site, but it did show up on the Starwood site.

I tried ,but nothing. I'm glad I have my American Express CC
statement that shows I paid for one night! I bet its because it was made on the phone. I'll find out Monday morning and let you all know what happen. Thanks everybody for your help!

Okay- I'm worried about something similar- I booked thru Starwood on the telephone using points only for a 3 night stay. Will I get a confirmation in the mail? I just like to have that piece of paper in my hand in case something happens.
