? About Disney's Car Care Center

Is Disney's Car Care Center at the Dolphin? We are flying in to Tampa and got a great price for a rental at Alamo, we return the car the next day at the Car Care Center.

I know the Dolphin has a rental there but never knew what it was called.
If it is not at the Dolphin, where is The Car Care Center located then?

The car care center is not at the Dolphin, it's in the entry road heading into the Kingdom. From there they have a shuttle to the parks or resort. Try google maps to get a good location, but you can't miss it.

I've always accessed the CCC by the road LEAVING the Kingdom (/Poly/GF).

Looking at google maps, I can see you can get to the CCC on the approach, I just don't remember seeing that turn off.

I remember the signs, isn't the Hess right there? The. Shuttle P/U and drop for me was at Epcot, but prior trips I know my son accessed it.

The CCC is located on Floridian Way which at that point is a one way road leading away from the MK parking lot.
It can be accessed by going thru the MK toll plaza in the far left lane and bearing to the left a short distance after going thru the toll about 3 hundred yards, there is a sign at the fork in the road. That will lead you directly to an entrance to the CCC.
Tell toll attendant you are going to the CCC and you shouldn't have to pay.

Thanks so much. We are staying at BWV it would habe been nice if it was there., But we are going to MK that day so we can take the car there and they will get us to MK, is that right?

They will take you to the ticket & transportation center, from there you take the monorail or ferry boat to the MK.
If you want to return your car to the Dolphin which has an Alamo/National desk you just book your return location at the Dolphin not the CCC. You leave your return car with valet and they will give you a receipt.

I would have liked to drop it off at the Dolphin, but it wasn't an option on Alamo site from Tampa Airport, or I'm not seeing it.

Call Alamo. The reservationist can probably change it for you, probably for exactly the same cost. Just be sure it doesn't cause the rate to go up before approving the change.

Returning at the Dolphin (at valet parking) is very convenient if you're staying at BWV. You can return 24 hours a day (although your return date & time will be the next morning if you return outside of Alamo's business hours at that location). At CCC, you would need to return during business hours so that an Alamo shuttle can take you to your resort.

Thanks Horace Horsecollar, for suggesting I call Alamo and ask if we can change our drop off location to Dolphin. I called this morning and they were able to do it for only .30 cents more This helped so much since we will be at BWV.
I wonder why Dolphin isn't a choice for drop off on their website
Either way it worked out for us.

I just went to the Alamo website and tried it. With a Tampa airport pickup, I was able to select a return at the WDW Dolphin.

The location is called "Orlando, FL - Walt Disney Dolphin 07a9" on the Alamo website.
