? about DDE, they gave us the wrong card

We have been home from our vacation for two weeks and just noticed tonight that the DDE card we have is not ours. A waiter at one of the restaurants must have given us back someone else's card. We don't know which restaurant this happened in as we didn't make it a point to look at the back of the card after using it. The card we have now has a similar expiration date but does not have my name on it. I know they don't ask for ID when using it, but if they did we could not prove the card is ours. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, did they send you a new card? We plan to call DDE tomorrow and see if they will reissue our card. I cannot find any receipt but it did have my name on it so they must have all my info.

I would call them -- they should have a record that shows you bought a card and reissue you a card with the proper name on it. On our last trip my husband was asked to show ID at least once or twice because of the DDE card.

Sorry this happened -- at least it wasn't your credit card!

thanks for the reminder that we should make sure we get the right card back and also any cc's too........I never would of thought of this happening with the dde card....

Note that, normally, there is a $25 fee for reprinting a DDE card. Bring that one with you to Guest Relations, and I suspect they will waive that fee when you explain what happened.

Sorry, for those who want to know, I did not have time to call the DDE today and by the time I got home from work they were closed. I will definitely be calling tomorrow and will post how it all works out.
