? About CP speaker Brian Dennehy

I don't know if it is too early to be asking questions about the Candlelight Processional, but we are trying to decide.

We want to go on the 6th. Brian Dennehy (sp?) is the guest speaker/reader.

Has he done this before? If he did, was he good? Would you go back to see him again?

Okay, if he has never done it before, do you think he will be good?

All I remember him from is "Silverado".

We saw and met him in '98! He did a great job with the CP. We rode home with him on the plane. He is SOOOOOOO tall! And broad! Very handsome in person!

We will be there on the 6th as well and were hoping for Neil Patrick Harris instead of Brian Dennehy, so we're a bit dissapointed (never seen anything he's done, really - he's old, we're young) but we're willing to give him a shot. (Not like we have a choice! ha...)

That's funny - Dennehy's been in over four dozen theater movies and dozens of TV shows and movies in his career... AND he's got one of the sexiest growling voices around
Besides, I didn't know we're only allowed to watch (and appreciate) performers in our own respective age groups

I was very excited when I heard Brian Dennehy was going to be our CP speaker. I think he'll be fantastic at it and am so glad that I got the package. He has such a deep melodic voice, that it should be a great reading.

I'll be seeing some of you on the 6th - at the 5pm show with my LGMHs !

We're going on the 8th, I already had my reservations in place when they announced him for the C.P. and was so disapointed to be missing him. As kaybird and phantom728 stated, he has such a great voice for this.

I remember that hysterical sitcom he was in a few years ago about the family of Irish cops.... I was disapointed it was cancelled. I wish I could remember the name of that show... He was the eccentric father...

I remember him as Harrison Ford's boss in that lawyer movie, he was taking bribes or something. Who wasn't in that movie?
