We spoke with the captain after this happened--they will not charge the people anything additional-it was so funny to see all the people on the side of the shop to see who missed the boat-we left in the middle of dinner to watch all of this-"the guy was saying it was my fault"--on his knees---I yelled out--"do you need a watch"-he thought the ship left at 7:00 as it did the day before in St. Maartin--can you imagine??--

wow after reading the other post as well sounds like this Gentleman was not to sorry , what did disney have to say about all people being accounted for ?? sounds like they
could have made a little mistake them selves 2 kids in the club

Although it may be bad publicity (I don't think so, but then I'm not a marketing person), I still think Disney (and other cruise lines) should impose stiff penalties/fees on late passengers. They should assess a penalty for waiting/slowing down to pick up late passengers ferried in by harbor master launches, or worse yet, if the ship had to return to port. If parents were so late that they had to meet the ship (and kids) at the next port, DCL should also assess charges for childcare. I do NOT tolerate ignorance nor arrogance very well... ;) ;) ;)
