? About calling MS for a ressie vs. booking online?

Do we have a better chance to get a group of days by calling MS vs. checking online?? Are they seeing the exact same thing as we are by checking throughout the day?? TIA

If the website is working, the availability should be the same as MS. First booking at 11 or 7 months, the website is available 1 hour prior to MS opening.

Online booking failed for me the last 2 times I used it. I got an "expired page" screen when none should have happened. I feel safer calling, but I have lost a premium booking, NYE standard at BLT, because of the delay.

I've always done online booking because (as Bill said) it opens an hour earlier than MS. I have gotten the "expired page" sort of thing before, but typically have been pretty lucky.
But yes, if both sites are working they will see the same thing. Your best bet is to place a waitlist if you can. If some of the days are available and someone cancels a reservation that gives you all of your waitlist, the system will hold those days and process your waitlist rather than put them back in the system. If you are waiting for something to open, you may never see it if someone else has a waitlist.
