We have not eaten at an Indian restaurant local to us so I can't base any experiences off that. However, my husband has traveled to India for business several times and he has always had it served with every meal he has eaten. When he saw it listed as a separate appetizer from the meal, he found that odd because that's different than what he's experienced/accustomed to in India. Either way, it won't be a deal breaker for us. Our reservations are set and we're looking forward to trying it.
BIG HUGE GINORMOUS difference between eating *in* India, and eating Americanized 'Indian' food. One as has been stated Sanaa is NOT Indian cuisine. and 2, it's been my experience, eating in Indian restaurants on Both Coasts,( and in Japan, for that matter) that naan is NOT part of the entree.. it is a separate charge as an appetizer.
