? about booking a day room at Atlantis

We are thinking of booking a room for the day at Atlantis in Nassau and have a few questions.

Do I need to book it before we get there? How much is it? Do we get full use of the resort for the day?

Has anyone else done this and what did you think of it?

If you can give me any other information, I would really appreciate it.

You can book in advance, or check for a room when you get there. When i went with my friend, she really wanted to go there, so she booked a room in advance. Upon check in, first thing in the morning, they gave us the room key, and we were free to use the resort for the whole day, going through the dig, checking out their private beaches, and use of all the pools.

You can also do this cheaper by getting a room at the comfort suites across the street. The guests there get full priveleges at atlantis as well.

I would highly recommend taking a room at the Comfort Suites that is across a small street from atlantis. They have a deal with them where their guests can get the coveted wristband to use all of the facilities at the atlantis resort...this is considerably cheaper. We book Comfort in advance like any hotel stay and we paid $180 for the three of us..I think it is worth it since the excursions to the Atlantis with Disney would have cost the same for the 3 of us and we would not have had use of the pools and water slides etc. We loved doing this and would do it again it was very easy to do.
