? about banking and UY

We have an Aug UY. I had 44 points left for my 2012 and knowing we would not be back before next year I banked those last week into my 2013 use year. Now I just found out our niece is getting married most likely Oct. 2013 in CA so that will be our big trip for 2013 instead of Disney.

My question is..those 44 pts. Will they have to be used in the 2013 use year or can they be carried over? I have a feeling I will be banking all my 2013 points also as our travel time is limited to Sept-Dec normally.

If they were 2012 points banked into 2013 UY, they would have to be used in the 2013 UY.

If you know you can't use them, you could rent them out.

you can bank or borrow pts one time and one time only, then they expire at the end of their new UY. so if you bank 2012 pts to 2013, they will expire at the end of your 2013 UY.

The 44 points from Aug 2012, now banked into Aug 2013 can be used for travel between Aug 2013 through July 2014. You have 7 full months in 2014 for your rescheduled travels. Does that help? (Granted, not in your travel window -- but perhaps it would be fun to schedule travel in a different time of year for a change? How about the Epcot Garden show in May 2014?
