? about Band marching @ MK Please

I tried to search this info but didn't have any luck.

My DS Band will be Marching at the MK on March 17th. My question is,how do they get their uniforms to and from the park. Does Disney arrange transportation or will the chaperone's be hauling them there and back? We are staying at ASMovies,but am not clear if we are using the charter bus or Disney transportation once there.

Any and all information about your experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I am a very detailed planner but am not in charge of this trip and it's driving me crazy!

DH's band marched at WDW in March 2003. DH was just the percussion instructor at the time, so I don't know every detail. They stayed offsite and used charter buses to get to and from the parks each day. On the day they marched, the busses brought the kids to MK. The trailer they drove with all of the equipment was brought behind the scenes to where the kids lined up. They went to MK in the morning and had to meet backstage, near Splash Mt, around 11 or so.

Thanks scuttle, I figured they would have something behind the scenes!
We have a parent who volunteered to drive a u-haul with our instruments and uniforms so we were hoping he would able to drive it right in some where.

When our band performed at the MK, the charter buses took the kids and their instruments down the road past the Grand Floridian. If I recall, they wore their band uniforms to the parks and brought a change of clothes with them. They assembled behind the fire station on Main Street and marched from the front of the MK down Main Street, through Frontierland, and out by Splash Mountain. There they changed clothes and put their instruments and uniforms back on the charter buses.
