I renewed our AP's about a month ago over the phone with MS. I never received anything by mail or email. Should I have? Also I went to to the passholder section on WDW website and tried looking under my account there. I can't even put in our old passholder info. Do the numbers change when you renew? I chose the pass that looks like ours but the the error message keeps telling me the info I put in does not match their records.
