? about AP rates

We are planning a trip early Dec 2008. We have room reservations Poly lvc. We were not able to get any AAA discount. We were thinking about buying 1 AP in the hopes of getting a discount. Historically do they offer discounts during Dec and would it be worth it? We will also be staying in a suite at the AKL but I am assuming that the AP discounts won't work on suites.?

Never purchase an AP for a room discount--that discount may not occur.
If disney can sell something at full price they will not put a discount on it. Typically the first week of December is full--its the Pop Warner Superbowl.

You can call and ask for an AP rate and if they have one you can book it. You can then order/purchase your AP after the booking. You don't need the AP to make the reservation, but you do have to present it at check-in or sometime during your stay.
