Am I understanding this correctly.

At DLR, you cannot make ADR's until 60 days out?

What about dining packages (for F! or WoC)?

Does onsite/off site change the timeframe?

Everyone can make reservations starting at the 60-day mark. There is no difference between on-site and off-site guests. It's worth noting that making ADRs is not as big of a deal at DLR as it is for WDW. You do not have be online right when the system rolls to the new day to get ADRs. In many cases, great ADR locations and times are still available only a week or so out. F! and WoC dining packages should also be able to be made at the 60-day mark (assuming no glitches in the system or delays in loading the availability).

I see you are coming to DLR in May. Be advised that the Diamond Celebration begins on May 22. If you are going to be here during, or after that time, you may want to book dining packages as close to the 60-day mark as you can, just to be safe. Especially for WoC, since the show is changing. If you are coming before the anniversary celebration begins, you will be fine booking ADR's up to 2 weeks out. Of course there's nothing wrong with booking as far out as you can. It's just not that necessary at Disneyland.

I was actually worried when I heard the anniversary was in May but I'll be there the first week, so I think it will still be relatively quiet. This is a really short trip. So I'll be doing a commando tour of the parks so I figured doing the WoC and the Fantasmic! dining would be a good way to see the shows and have a couple of great dining experiences.
