Hopefully someone saw this thread as well. I think it was on the budget board or here but I am not 100% sure so if it wasn't here, my apologies. It was a thread on the best alcoholic beverage values in the world. I think a few people had posted about a couple of different happy hours maybe at the Swan and Dolphin? If anyone can point me in the correct direction for this you would be the man/woman
