? about 4/3 and APs

APs don't get anything special for this deal. I'm an AP and i got this package deal and saved $1100 off my reservations.

Do you have to book tickets with this package? We have APs and want to use this, but the reservation page automatically includes tickets.

Yes, you have to book tickets, but only 1-day base tickets (you dont need to buy the 4 day passes that it automatically loads with the package).

Supposedly there's a way to use those 1-day passes as credit for an upgrade for your next AP (if you want one) or as credit as passes for your next trip, but I dont have the details on that.

This is a WDTC MYW promo. You need at least a one day ticket since it has to be a package. Just book it with a one day and save them for your next AP renewal

At the risk of sounding silly, how do you change the ticket that comes in the package? The 4-day ticket automatically loads and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it.

It automatically loads, but then where it shows the ticket there's a button to change things. If you press it, it gives you the option of choosing 1 to 10-day tickets.

This is new with the new reservation format... I just booked the 7 for 4 deal today and cancelled my old ressie for March, AND I'm a passholder.

You need to click on the heading that says "Park Tickets and Options"... before, there would be an icon you'd click on, but now the heading is where the drop down menu is located.

I sure hope that we can turn in the tickets for credit on my AP renewal!

I'm also an AP holder and booked the 4/3 deal. It's a great deal for me because it's during Easter week and I don't expect to get an AP offer for that time frame (but you never know....). Anyway, I did the same as the others above posted -- I purchased the one-day base tickets in the hopes of upgrading them to AP's when I need new AP's.

Thanks for the info on the 1 day ticket. That is what I couldnt' figure out. How to get the room deal without buying tickets. I guess I should have been more clear in my original post. Thanks again to everyone!

Unused tickets never expire.

Tickets must be used-up within 14 days of first use or they will expire unless the no expiration option is purchased.

Tickets are upgradeable, used-up or not, for 14 days after first use.

When purchasing a package, everyone must have the same ticket. Upgrades to individual tickets, if needed, can be done after check-in.
