ABD with a younger child

I was not able to purchase ABD for my 2 year old child and have other arrangements for her while we attend the planned activities.

I was wondering if ABD will allow a 2 year old to accompany the rest of the group on things that are not necessarily age restricted? We purchased the Alaska addon and there are two days with bus rides and child activities in which you could purchase excursions through Disney with no age restrictions. There is one day which includes helicopter ride and dog sledding, which I completely understand the age restrictions.

The minimum age for ABD is 4 years old. I highly doubt the guides would risk their jobs in allowing someone who is not booked to travel with the group.
