They are reminding me of those - how many (blanks) it takes to screw in a light bulb. I thought DCL was bad...hands down ABD wins. The latest events. Last week they called me and asked me if I knew that there was only ten (10) minutes between my connecting flights in Europe.
WHAT!!!! There is 2+ hours inbetween my flights. I logged onto the site I bought my airfare on, no change. I log in to my email no notification. I tell the rep, I think they are mistaken. He assures me he isn't that he checked it, double and triple checked it. Now I'm really 
I log into the airlines sites no changes there either. I again say I think there is a mistake on ABD part. He puts me on hold comes back a few minutes later and apologizes for his dyslexia (sp) and there is a 2 hour gap between my flights.
Tonight someone calls me for the 4th time to confirm how we spell our names. And what our full names are on our passports. And they wanted to know the country of issue. Umm hello, what happened to the copies of our passports we supplied them.
Why I was on the phone with them, I asked where our backpacks and final documents are. They sounded so suprised we don't have them. She says you should recive them 45 days out. I told her we are 35 days out and have nothing. She said she'll pass it on to the right dept, and will have them sent.
