Are you flying in lay-flat seats? If not, I would not count on sleeping on the flight over. At least not enough to avoid jetlag. Jetlag is real, and it can do you in for a day or two. But I hope you manage to sleep and enjoy your show! Or you might sleep *during* your show! That's why we didn't spend much for the tickets. I figure we might be exhausted and decide not to go.
I have no idea how difficult it will be to adjust to the time change. Hoping to sleep for most of the flight to London and hopefully end up on the correct schedule quickly.
