ABD 2010: Disers Go West - Let the Fun Begin

Great Idea ! Maybe we can all meet on the ship - have a ABD Reunion sign - and get the ship photographer take a picture or a couple of hundred with our camera's !

We absolutely need to get together. I am happy to do before, during or both. If we get together on the ship, I vote for early on.

We never did get a picture with all of us in Michael and Miguel's shirts...

That is one of my "laugh" memories. . . Watching them go crazy taking all those group pictures with all of our individual cameras. Bet they look forward to smaller groups now

While I know our numbers presented challenges to our guides, I am still really impressed with how smoothly our super sized group performed.

I think a BIG part of that was us as a group. since we were lucky to have met each other ( in person or on the DISboards ) before hand, our camaraderie showed through.
Not to mention the fact that we are DISers & there's nothing better than that ...

I agree but there was also the very real possibility that any misbehavior would have be dealt with by Kevin's promise of an underlined and bolded asterisk!

Hey Bill!

Has anyone been watching the new Henson (HA) show, Late Nite Liars? It's a game show where the panelists are puppets. I watched the first 2 episodes - it's getting better and is pretty funny at times. You can check it out on GSN (Game Show Network).

Hope the summer's off to great start for everyone!

This was my status on Facebook a couple of days ago...

I miss my friends from our April Adventures by Disney California trip. I'm really glad that I'll get to see some of them in August and Phillip and I will get to see almost all of them in December.

I am so excited for the new group going to do our ADB. I know they're going to love it!

I'm excited for them too, but I'm also ashamed to admit that I'm also a little jealous. I guess I liked being "special" and the group that got to take this trip with the team.

As close as we all got - imagine how close they'll get since there will be half as many of them!

Hi everyone!

I know the folks on next month's adventure will have a fantastic time. Like everyone else, I am a bit jealous and wish we could join them!

We too would jump at the chance to do another ABD trip. England is attractive as is Australia. Another Backstage Magic tour is high on the list too.

To help ease the "pain" we are planning another visit to California next February before our APs expire.

Bill and I would be interested in an ABD/DISUnplugged Podcast trip to England or France!!!!!! We have passports and are ready to use them. I don't count traveling to the Caribbean a great use of our passports. I want a stamp!!!!!!! However, we would have to take the kids on an overseas trip. DS10 is into monuments and famous structures. He's wanted to see the Eiffel Tower for as long as I can remember. They were fine with us going to Disneyland without them. But, if they found out we went to France without them ... We'd never hear the end of it.

Any idea on when or if another ABD DISUnplugged Tour (other than the CA Backstage Magic Tour) is in the future???? If so, we need to start saving our $$$$$! I have a 40th Birthday coming up in a couple of years ... Hint! Hint! (Bill is really good at taking hints! )
