ABD 2010: Disers Go West - Let the Fun Begin

I'm glad to hear that Jen and Bill and Katherine and John have all made it home safe and sound, and I'm very jealous of Heather still at GC and Kevin and John still enjoying Cali.

As for myself, I've downloaded all my pictures and there are 1,800 of them! Go me! But we've found out that Jeri's grandmother has passed away this morning, and so I'm frantically washing clothes and getting things situated so that we can leave again to go to Florida for the funeral. I know you all will keep Jeri in your thoughts this week. He is, of course, terribly upset, though we both appreciate that this was a sudden thing and much better than it could have been.

We miss you all so much and miss being on vacation. Re-entry into the real world is always a rough ride, but this really does take the cake. I can't wait to see you all again on 2.0.

Jeri and you are in our hearts and our thoughts and prayer's are with you!

I didn't have any mishaps at LAX, but it was a zoo.

I really had a great time. Meeting new friends and seeing old ones was so much fun. I was asked what your favorite thing was and I couldn't pick just one.
I have been relaxing today at my grandmas uploading photos to photobucket, I will be posting photos on Facebook tonight or tomorrow that were taken of the group with my camera. You can take them from my Facebook page.

It will take to 2012 to re-save up for the trip!!!! It was nice to meet you at Club 33 and in the lobby of the hotel. It is nice to put a face to a name.

I'm at the airport in Anaheim, taking my first reluctant steps back into regular life. Any special trip is hard to return from, and this trip was more special than others, thanks to everyone involved. My friends who joined us one evening had a blast and caught the feeling of the trip from even that brief exposure.
Miss you all and look forward to sharing pictures. Lynne is going to get a link to us through Kevin for a site we can all post to so all the photos people want to share can be in the same place.

I would like to put together a contact list for the group, for those of you who would like to participate. More on that in the next few days.
